Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following Age and Education requirements as of the closing date (December 22, 2025):
1. Educational Qualification
Assistant Secretary: Bachelor's Degree in any stream.
Assistant Director (Acad/Train/Skill): Post Graduate Degree in relevant discipline (55% marks) + NET/SLET/Ph.D.
Accounts Officer: Degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounts OR CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance).
Superintendent: Bachelor's Degree in any stream.
Junior Translation Officer: Master’s Degree in Hindi with English (or vice-versa) OR Diploma in Translation.
Junior Accountant: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Accounts/Economics/Finance.
Junior Assistant:
12th Class (Intermediate) pass from a recognized board.
Typing Speed: 35 w.p.m. in English OR 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on Computer.
2. Age Limit
Group A Posts: Max 35 Years (Assistant Secretary/AO); Max 30 Years (Assistant Director).
Group B Posts: Max 30 Years.
Group C Posts: Max 27 Years.
(Age relaxation: SC/ST - 5 Years, OBC - 3 Years, PwD - 10 Years).
Selection Process
The selection generally involves a Written Exam (Tier-1) followed by specific stages for different posts:
Junior Assistant: Tier-1 Written Exam + Typing Test (Qualifying).
Superintendent: Tier-1 Written Exam + Tier-2 Written Exam.
Assistant Secretary/AO: Tier-1 Written Exam + Tier-2 Written Exam + Interview.
Junior Accountant: Tier-1 Written Exam + Tier-2 Written Exam.
Exam Pattern (Tier-1 Overview):
Subjects: General Awareness, Reasoning, Mathematics (Quant), General Hindi, General English, and Basic Computer Knowledge.
Mode: MCQ Based (OMR or CBT).
