Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit: 18 to 27 years as of September 28, 2025. Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules.
Educational Qualification: 10th class passed from a recognized board.
Other Requirements:
Possession of a valid driving license for Light Motor Vehicle (LMV).
At least one year of driving experience after obtaining the LMV license.
Knowledge of motor mechanics and the ability to fix minor vehicle defects.
Possession of a domicile certificate for the state you are applying to.
Selection Process
The selection process consists of four stages:
Tier 1 (Written Exam): An online objective-type test with 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) for 100 marks. There is a negative marking of 1/4 mark for each incorrect answer. The duration is 60 minutes.
Tier 2 (Driving & Motor Mechanism Test): This is a practical test to assess driving skills and knowledge of vehicle mechanics. It is qualifying in nature.
Tier 3 (Interview): An interview/personality test for 50 marks.

Reasoning: Verbal and non-verbal reasoning, including puzzles, coding-decoding, and blood relations.
English Language: Vocabulary, grammar, synonyms, antonyms, and sentence completion.
