Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification:

The selection is based on valid GATE scores from 2023, 2024, or 2025. Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in the relevant discipline and a valid GATE score in the corresponding paper code.

  • Junior Executive (Architecture): Bachelor's degree in Architecture and registered with the Council of Architecture. (GATE paper code: AR)

  • Junior Executive (Engineering - Civil): Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology in Civil. (GATE paper code: CE)

  • Junior Executive (Engineering - Electrical): Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology in Electrical. (GATE paper code: EE)

  • Junior Executive (Electronics): Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology in Electronics/Telecommunications/Electrical with a specialization in Electronics. (GATE paper code: EC)

  • Junior Executive (Information Technology): Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/IT/Electronics OR a Master's in Computer Application (MCA). (GATE paper code: CS)

2. Age Limit:

  • Maximum Age: 27 years as of September 27, 2025.

  • Age Relaxation: Applicable as per government rules for candidates belonging to SC/ST, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), and PwBD categories.

Application Fee

  • General/OBC/EWS candidates: ₹300

  • SC/ST/PwBD/Female candidates: Exempted from the fee.

The application fee can be paid online through various modes like debit card, credit card, or net banking.

Selection Process

The selection will be based on the following:

  1. GATE Score: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their valid GATE scores (2023, 2024, or 2025) in the relevant paper.

  2. Application Verification/Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification. It is essential to have all original documents and self-attested photocopies ready.

  3. Medical Examination: A medical fitness test will be conducted.

Pay Scale and Salary

Selected candidates will be appointed at the E-1 level. The pay scale is Rs. 40,000 - 3% - 1,40,000. In addition to the basic pay, they will also be eligible for other benefits and allowances as per AAI rules.
