Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification
For General, OBC, and SC Candidates: Candidates must have passed Class 10th (High School) or an equivalent examination under the 10+2 system from a recognized board.
For ST Candidates: Candidates must have passed Class 8th or an equivalent examination.
Note: For the Constable (Radio) post, the educational qualification is Class 12th from a recognized board plus an ITI certificate.

Selection Process
The selection process for the MP Police Constable post consists of the following stages:
Written Examination (Computer-Based Test):
Duration: 2 hours
Total Marks: 100
Marking Scheme: 1 mark for each correct answer; there is no negative marking.
Subjects:
General Knowledge and Reasoning (40 marks)
Intellectual Ability and Mental Ability (30 marks)
Science and Simple Arithmetic (30 marks)
Physical Proficiency Test (PPT) & Physical Standards Test (PST):
Candidates who qualify the written exam will be called for the physical tests.
This stage includes a physical efficiency test (running, long jump, shot put) and a physical standards test (height and chest measurement).
