Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit: The maximum age for all posts is 30 years as of October 1, 2025. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen) as per government rules.
Educational Qualification:
Junior Engineer (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, E&C): Full-time three-year regular Diploma in the relevant engineering discipline from a government-recognized institute. Candidates must have a minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent grade (50% for SC/ST/PwBD). Note that higher qualifications like B.Tech/B.E. without the essential Diploma are not considered eligible.
Assistant Rajbhasha Officer: Master's degree in Hindi with English as an elective subject at the degree level or a Master's degree in English with Hindi as an elective subject at the degree level from a recognized Indian University.
Senior Accountant: Inter CA Pass or Inter CMA Pass.
Supervisor (IT): A graduate with a DOEACC 'A' level course, or a three-year polytechnic Diploma in Computer Science/IT, or a BCA/BSc (Computer Science/IT) from a government-recognized institute, all with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Hindi Translator: Master's degree in Hindi with English as an elective subject at the degree level or a Master's degree in English with Hindi as an elective subject at the degree level from a recognized Indian University. Experience is required.
Application Fee
General/EWS/OBC: ₹600 + applicable taxes.
SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen/Female: Nil.
The fee must be paid online via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
Selection Process
The selection process consists of three main stages:
Computer-Based Test (CBT) / Written Test: This is the primary stage.
Exam Medium: The test will be in both English and Hindi.
Exam Duration: 3 hours (180 minutes).
Total Marks: 200.
For JE, Supervisor (IT), and Senior Accountant: The test will have three parts: 140 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) from the concerned discipline, 30 MCQs on General Awareness, and 30 MCQs on Reasoning.
For Assistant Rajbhasha Officer and Hindi Translator: The test will have three parts: 40 MCQs and 10 descriptive questions from the concerned discipline, 30 MCQs on General Awareness, and 30 MCQs on Reasoning.
Marking Scheme: 1 mark for each correct MCQ, with a negative marking of 0.25 for each incorrect answer.
Minimum Qualifying Marks: 40% for General/OBC/EWS candidates and 35% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
Document Verification (DV): Candidates will be shortlisted for document verification based on their performance in the CBT.
Medical Examination: Final provisional offers will be issued to candidates who successfully clear both the CBT and document verification.
