Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS), under the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, has released the notification for recruitment of Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT), Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) and various other posts for 2025. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online within the given dates.

Important Dates:

  • Application Begin: September 2025

  • Last Date for Apply Online: October 2025 (Exact date soon)

  • Last Date for Fee Payment: October 2025

  • Exam Date: To be notified

  • Admit Card: Before Exam

  • General / OBC / EWS: ₹1000/- (For PGT) & ₹1500/- (For Principal/Other Higher Posts)

  • SC / ST / PH / Female: ₹0/- (No Fee)

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Principal

  • Master’s Degree with B.Ed. and relevant experience.

2. PGT (Post Graduate Teacher)

  • Master’s Degree in concerned subject with B.Ed.

3. TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in concerned subject with B.Ed.

  • CTET / STET qualified (as per rules).

4. Hostel Warden

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any stream.

5. Accountant

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.

6. Lab Attendant

  • 10th / 12th with Science Stream.

Age Limit (as on 31/07/2025):

  • Principal: Max 50 Years

  • PGT: Max 40 Years

  • TGT & Other Posts: Max 35 Years

  • Age Relaxation: As per Govt. Rules

Selection Process:

  1. Written Examination (Computer Based Test)

  2. Interview (For Principal/PGT)

  3. Document Verification

  4. Final Merit List
